By using TallPat Tours, and booking a package as a Customer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including those Terms and Conditions incorporated by reference. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions stated here without modification, you may not use TallPat Tours services. TallPat Tours may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept all major credit cards with online booking system and Money Order or Personal Cheques in person. (Personal Cheques and are not excepted on day tours unless paid in advance of trip departure date)

DAY TOUR:

Payments are due in full at time of booking and are non-refundable, unless otherwise instructed.

MULTI-DAY TOUR:

Payments are due as laid out in tour description to reserve your tour. Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise instructed. (Prices are subject to change) Cheques are to be made payable to ‘TallPat Tours’. Post-Dated cheques are not accepted, unless accompanied by a non post-dated deposit cheque.

REQUEST SEATING:

TallPat Tours will honor preferred seating requests on a ‘First come, First serve’ basis only, no guarantee that your request can be honoured. The physically challenged will be given preferred seating where possible.

TOUR CANCELLATION:

TallPat Tours reserves the right to cancel any multi-day tour that does not meet the minimum amount of 36 persons. You will be informed at least three weeks prior to departure of any multi-day tour cancellation.

CANCELLATION COVERAGE:

If cancellation coverage is not purchased, no refund is availableCANCELLATION INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

INSURANCE:

Full comprehensive insurance (trip cancellation, medical and baggage), trip cancellation insurance (prior to departure) and baggage & medical insurance only are available on all TallPat Tours multi-day tour packages. Not applicable to day tours. For details concerning, benefits or exclusions contact the TRAVEL INSURANCE company directly. WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU PURCHASE MEDICAL INSURANCE IF TRAVELING OUT OF THE PROVINCE. Insurance can be purchased from your local bank, your credit card provider or an insurance company of your choice.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:

Hotels are selected in most cases because of their proximity to events and cleanliness. Prices quoted are based on 1-4 occupants unless otherwise stated. Persons with special needs should discuss them with TallPat Tours so that arrangements, if possible, can be made with the hotel.

BAGGAGE:

Each person is allowed 1 large suitcase and 1 small carry on bag on tour. Passengers are responsible for their own luggage as TallPat Tours assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to passengers articles at any time.

TIPS AND TAXES:

All hotel and motor coach service charges and applicable taxes are included in the package price, unless otherwise stated. Gratuities for the motor coach driver, escort and step-on guide are NOT included unless otherwise stated in trip description.

DOCUMENTATION:

All passengers are responsible for carrying the proper documentation while traveling. Passengers traveling outside of Canada must take a valid Canadian passport. Non-Canadian citizens must confirm with Canadian or US government offices for current documentation requirements. TallPat Tours will not be held responsible for refused entries, even if the required information and travel documents are complete.

 RESPONSIBILITY:

It is understood by TallPat Tours and the passenger that TallPat Tours shall not be accountable for:

  • Any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration whether physical or mental, however caused.

  • Non-performance in part of any hotel or other accommodation for any act or omission that cannot be directly attributed to the neglect of TallPat Tours.

  • Any loss or damage of personal property, injuries or expenses for damages incurred whatsoever claimed by tour members.

  • Purchasing trip insurance is the sole responsibility of the passenger and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED, TallPat Tours insurance supplier of choice is ‘Blue Cross Insurance’, they can be found here

TallPat Tours reserves the right to decline any person as a member of the tour should such person’s presence be considered detrimental to the interest, comfort and enjoyment of the other tour members. Persons leaving the tour during operation will not receive a refund of unused services. By booking a tour and making a deposit, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
